Pre-Marriage Classes

Instructions for engaged couples are given at St. Malachy Parish by Father Michael and our Catholic married couples. They provide a program that contains all the instruction and formation elements mandated by our Bishop. They give personal reflections on the human and Christian aspects of marriage.Catholic married couples are needed as presenters for this ministry. Preparation for speaking to the engaged for these instructions is provided. If you are interested, please contact the Parish Office.

Upcoming Pre-Marriage Classes

Additionally, classes are offered at St. Mary of Mercy in Downtown Pittsburgh. Sessions run once a week for four weeks (either a Tuesday or Thursday) from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (doors open at 6:30 PM). Pre-registration is required. For more information, call (412) 456-3114.
