Homebound Ministry
Please contact the Parish Office if a relative or loved one has been admitted to one of the
local hospitals. Those unable to attend Sunday Mass because of age, sickness or disability, may receive Holy Communion at home. The sacraments
of the Anointing of the Sick and Reconciliation are also available. If you know someone who would benefit from a visit, please contact the
Parish Office. Also, if you are going to the hospital and want to be anointed, please contact the Parish Office before you go to the hospital.
HIPPA Notice
The Hippa Law (Health Insurance and Accountability Act) has been in effect since 1996. No hospital, nursing home, etc. will call local
parishes or give any information as to a particular patient. It is up to family members to alert the Parish Office when a family member
is in the hospital, nursing home, or personal care home. If they want their name printed in the bulletin for the parish to pray for them,
family permission is needed to do so. Please keep in mind that it has become more difficult to keep track of people for visits as they may
move around from one facility to another. It is a good policy to call the Parish Office and let us know what is happening with your family
member. We know that this may be a difficult time in your life but it helps to be supported by prayer. We do care!
